“Article III, Paragraph 2 of the Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants of Potomac Landing Subdivision Section 3 creates an Architectural Control Committee whose function will be to review proposed building sites; review building plans and specifications; enforce the provisions of the Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants of Potomac Landing Subdivision Section 3; and perform such other duties as set forth within the Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants of Potomac Landing Subdivision Section 3 or assigned to it by the Association.”
